Bio

Kaytlin is passionate about evaluating program effectiveness, developing stakeholder feedback tools, and codifying learnings and insights. She has experience in ethnographic and participatory action research, specializing in both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis in the non-profit, academic, and philanthropic sectors. She specializes in designing and facilitating surveys and interviews, identifying trends, and integrating monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) into program design to enhance effectiveness and user experience.

Kaytlin produces data-informed insights reports for internal decision-making and field-facing frameworks and case studies to guide practitioners and leaders on best practices. She is dedicated to improving programs and organizations to better meet user needs and enhance their overall impact and learning capacity.

Kaytlin holds a master's degree in International Development, specializing in Social Innovation for Global Impact from American University.
