Bio
Christina is passionate about helping people, building long-lasting relationships, and encouraging others to meet their goals and live out their dreams. She volunteers weekly for several groups and organizations. Christina has over 25 years of experience in business management, and customer service. She comes with a background in business management, customer service, and employee retention.
Prior to working at Frontier, Christina was the Senior Branch Manager at First National Bank Texas for over 10 years. She received multiple awards and recognition in sales, customer service, and operations, however, her greatest accomplishments included developing successful future managers and coaching existing branch managers.
Frontier uses this assessment to identify our unique strengths and maximize our teamliness - how we collaborate effectively as cross-functional teams. We often pair colleagues with opposite strengths to turbocharge our creativity and impact.
