What inspires me

People who are committed to making lasting change, no matter how many people tell them it can’t be done.

In Demand Skills

Cutting through the noise to give voice to the most important, meaningful, and impactful data in a way that will be heard by those who can champion change.

Memorable Moment @ Frontier

Seeing the personas I’ve helped create resonate with those they were intended to represent. There is no better feeling than knowing the individuals or organizations who feel overlooked are captured in a way that make them feel seen.

Adage

“There has always been change and resistance to change, that is a given, but if things will be better because of it, you have to go for it. You can’t go in blindly or naively. You have to understand what it will entail—the good, the bad, and the ugly—and then plan for it” – John Hart, the former General Manager of the Cleveland Indians
