Bio
Krista Vaught is a strategic employee experience leader known for her expertise in creating innovative learning and development programs that drive individual and organizational success. Driven by curiosity, learning, and a desire to help people grow, Krista has dedicated her career to implementing employee engagement initiatives and programs that address the key drivers of an engaging, positive work culture so employees feel satisfied, supported, connected, and fulfilled. As an ICF Associate Certified Coach, a Designing Your Life Coach, and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, her approach emphasizes leveraging strengths, empowering individuals, and fostering transformative growth.
Across multiple higher education settings and at significant scale, she has developed, implemented, and managed employee experience initiatives focused on coaching, mentoring, performance management, talent retention, leadership development, operational efficiencies, employee career development, and workplace culture.
Krista holds an Ed.D. and M.Ed. in curriculum and instruction with an emphasis in educational technology from the University of Florida, a J.D. from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, and a B.S. in journalism from the University of Florida.
