Bio

Richa is a multifaceted strategist who is deeply passionate about social impact and creating a better world for underserved communities. She began her career at Morgan Stanley and Amazon before pursuing an MBA at MIT. Her expertise spans research, data analytics, strategy, product management, and impact investing. In her previous roles, Richa supported women and minority-led startups across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, facilitating their growth and helping them secure funding to scale their impact. Her work has led to building and launching several innovative products in impact areas such as early-childhood education, economic mobility, and disaster preparedness. Richa has also previously done pro-bono and volunteer work for non-profit organizations including the DC Bar Foundation, Rise Against Hunger, and Atmiya Care Charities. Richa enjoys combining customer-centric and data-driven practices to create sustainable and effective solutions for clients.

 
Richa holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Drew University.
