Bio
Stephanie is an industrial engineer with over 13 years of experience. She draws on her deep community engagement experience to design and oversee monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) activities for Frontier. She is a strong impact-focused professional skilled in quantitative research, data collection, program evaluation and management, and business process improvement. Stephanie has experience designing and implementing MEL frameworks for foundations, conducting program evaluations, creating mobile data collection tools, leading data collection teams in communities throughout East Africa, and scaling up a mobile banking platform in Kenya. She is a dashboard ninja and has worked domestically with the President’s Performance Improvement Council developing unemployment dashboards for a domestic public-private partnership. In all her work, she strives to gather actionable and reliable data to inform decision-making.
Stephanie holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and has experience working domestically as well as leading teams in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.
